You can't really make it grow faster, just protect what is growing and feed the best food so it helps the coat.

You didn't mention how old your dog is, which would help. If he doesn't have his adult coat yet, it should come in by the time he is 1 to 1 1/2 years old. Nothing is going to make the coat grow faster but keeping it clean will prevent breakage and matting.
