There was a program at RCA Service co. called Fabinslew for sales personel and management. (X RCA Tech and Mgr.) The 1st 3 letters were the most important: Features Advantages and Benifits. A sucsesfull sales person uses this method to sell a customer on a more costly product even. learn it use it.
