How to I ship a die-cast toy gun?

I sold a die-cast toy gun. One of those ones that's metal and uses the roll of paper caps. How do I ship it? Can I just wrap it up and ship it through USPS as I would ship anything else? I don't want to get in trouble or have them think it's a real gun. It's just a non-firing toy.How to I ship a die-cast toy gun?
There is no problem in shipping this sort of thing through the US mail. As far as they are concerned, it is just a lump of metal.

The postal regulations do limit shipping real handguns to licensed dealers, but this is not a real handgun, so those regulations do not apply.

You can ship real rifles and shotguns using the USPS.

Just put it in a box, insure it if needed, and mail.
