My son loves mine so much. I would like to find a toy that lights up and has buttons similar to it, but is safe for babies. Is there any kind of toy that looks like a blackberry that is safe for babies?
sure go ahead. But when your son grabs your real blackberry when you turn your head for a second can't get upset. Afterall your teaching him the blackberry is a toy
Go to China. They have a lot of plastic crap over there. Is there any kind of toy that looks like a blackberry that is safe for babies?
I went to my local ATT store and asked if I could buy a discontinued display phone. They gave me one and my son loves it.
i think maybe if you got a small ball with bumps on it that was black it would look like a blackberry. i dont know what kind of enjoyment one gets from that thoughIs there any kind of toy that looks like a blackberry that is safe for babies?
Of course it's safe. Just make sure that you take off any pieces that he can break off or swallow etc...
There are tons of toy cell phones %26amp; stuff at any store that sells kids toys. Most of them have some sort of flashing lights or ringing noises.
Also, you can always get somebody's old cell phone dirt cheap at a garage sale or on craigslist or ebay. Then just let your son play with it and you won't care if it gets broken since you never intended to use it anyway.
hahaha, I am getting a new phone soon and I was just going to give my son the old one because he loves it. I like the idea of going to an ATT store or verizon store and asking for an old display model. I don't think the keys would fall out or anything, you might want to cut off the part that covers up the phone charge hole.
my son has his own remote too that I took the batteries out of for him to play with. babies are crazy.
:)
Check out Walmart, there are kids phones. Children should not play with electronics. they are tools, not toys. The sooner they learn the better. Same with keys, kids will loose them for you.
They have toy cell phones at the dollar store that look realistic and light up. I remember my parents used to buy me them all the time and I would love it.. they're safe if you are worried about your son chocking on a part. But I think that if you were to get a discontinued phone, that would be even better because he can have all the keys and see the different lights and icons appear. Just make sure you clean it, because the phone could have been someone's temporary replacement, so you want it to be sanitary.
Well there is a blackberry replica called text%26amp;lean for kids by leap frog but unfortunitly it comes out this summer for more info and details click the link below.
