What is the best puppy chew toy?

My puppy is an English Pointer and is teething. He has a variety of chew toys, and he likes some of them, others he gets very bored with. I was wondering if there is any type of toy, or anything you can do to toys that make them more enjoyable to play with. We throw his tennis balls around, and he likes his Puppy Kong toy, he still gets bored with those, however. What is the best puppy chew toy?
Well I've heard that you shouldn't let your dogs chew on anything you wouldn't want thrown at your knee, but I think that's a bunch of garbage because my dogs destroy any other toy. My dogs really enjoy Nyla-Bones, and they come in different flavors and last a long time, and you don't have to worry about your puppy swallowing anything, and if the puppy thinks its too hard, he wont chew it :] I wouldn recommend anything that looks like a stuffed animal, because if you have kids, that can send the wrong message (to go after there toys!) and they usually end up with stuffing everywhere. good luck! What is the best puppy chew toy?
I completely thought the same thing, that the Nyla-Bones were perfect! I found out that I was wrong. I have just come from the vet and they informed me that Nyla-Bones, in fact, are not good for puppies. The material gets stuck in their intestines causing surgery to have to be performed.

try an all natural mammoth bone (it's a huge cow femur), or try an Orka Jack stuffed with some treats. see how he does with those. Jolly Balls are also a lot of fun. My dogs love all 3 toys..they are their favorites..and I own a pet supply with hundreds of toys! they always go for the same three when they get to pick whatever they want!
I love the look of a english pointer. They are so cute.
