What was the name of this helicopter toy?

As a kid in the late 70's / early 80's I had a helicopter toy as described below. 10 points to the first person who can name the manufacturer, name of the toy and where I can get one from, thanks.

Decription:

The helicopter was yellow in colour, had two rotors (like a Chinook) and was connected to a central base by a thin arm.

Helicopter throttle and direction could be controlled from a wired remote controller so it would fly around the base, on its arm, in a circle.

Possibly made by Airfix or Matchbox, not sure.

My brother had one too! Santa brought it to him in 1971. It was a lot of fun! Sure sucked the life out of the "D" batteries though, as did Dark Tower and all the toys of that time. Mattel made it. Here's a link with info on from Wikipedia...

i had one but it was white, single rotor. You flew it round in a circle, but you could dip it, and it had a hook, to pick up a road barrier or something, and drop it . There were two levers, one for up/down, the other forward/reverse. Not as naff as it sounds, as the arm was really flexiy plastic tube, giving it realistic bounce in flight. Circa 1975?

Dont know the brand, think it was from Hamley's in london.

I think yours was a later version, made a bit cheaper.

FOUND ONE!....Here:
