When does the pokemon black and white toy pokedex come out?

i heard the would be a new toy pokedex coming out with all pokemon including pokemon from the unova region (pokemon from black and white). i want to know if this is true and if so when.When does the pokemon black and white toy pokedex come out?
If that is the case, sometime in March, when Black and White comes out.
