My son got his hands on a musical bear that was supposed to be for show only. Now him and "Teddy" are inseparable. The problem is, the bear is absolutely filthy. I don't want to have it dry cleaned because of the chemicals used. Does anyone know of any methods to clean and disinfect plush toys without submerging in water or using harsh or toxic chemicals? Don't know about where you live, but where I live there are a couple "green" dry-cleaners that don't use harsh chemicals. Might be worth looking in to.
If you can't find, one, or don't want to spend the money on one, I'd recommend using Folex. It's non-toxic. Just spray it on and blot it off.
