How do i get a menu on my top toy ds card?

I just got a top toy Ds card and whenever i run it, it shows a microSd card with a ? next to it, and it says menu, and nothing else shows up. can someone tell me where to get the menu file, how to put it on the Msd card, and which files to add?How do i get a menu on my top toy ds card?
Ok go to ndstt.com then in the top right if it isnt in english click english. Go to 'downloads' then download the newest kernel "probably 1.16". If you dont have WinRar download that from google"search it on google". Ok with WinRar go to the kernel you downloaded and it should look like a book. Right click on it and click "extract files" and click on your Micro SD Card which would be Removable Disk :F Or something(Assuming your micro sd card is in your computer) and extract. Ok that should work.How do i get a menu on my top toy ds card?
