I need a good scissor for trimming my toy poodle?

Hi I need some info for trimming nails for toy poodle. Do I need a quality nail clip, or scissor? Which one is the safest?

Can you show me the pics of the product?

I trimmed poodles years ago, and a good nail trimmer is the best to use. If you want to know of a good one, you might check with a groomer or reliable pet shop. In fact nowadays they have groomers in pet shops, but a good groomer would be your best bet. Hope I helped.I need a good scissor for trimming my toy poodle?
I'd actually suggest the pedipaws. It's a gentle nail filer so that you don't cut them too short and you can easily round them so theirs no breaks. It may take a little longer but it's easy to use.I need a good scissor for trimming my toy poodle?
OMG don't use scissor to cut your dogs nails that would hurt?! If you haven't done it before go to your vet before you hurt your poor poodle or get the pedipaws!

Now come on, you were just teasing us about using scissors to trim toenails weren't you! (I hope so)

Many people use a nail clipper specifically designed to trim a dog's nails. I personally don't like it, because my dogs don't like it.

I use a dremel tool and my dogs tolerate it well. If I were buying a specific tool, I'd use the Pedipaws. Since I use a dremel for many tasks, my variable speed works well on my dog's nails.

The only downside is you don't want to hair stuck in the tool. More about that in a moment. If you read the link to VIP, it talks about trimming nails. One person recommends a battery charged unit, because it doesn't have the same torque and doesn't tear skin. On that same site is information about grooming your dog in other ways also.
